Zwrot podatku akcyzowego

Urząd Gminy w Chąśnie przypomina, że od 01.08.2018 r. do 31.08.2018 r. będą przyjmowane wnioski o zwrot podatku akcyzowego zawartego w cenie oleju napędowego wykorzystywanego do produkcji rolnej.

W 2018 r. stawka zwrotu podatku akcyzowego zawartego w cenie oleju napędowego wykorzystywanego do produkcji rolnej wynosi 1,00 zł na 1 litr oleju. Limit na 1 hektar wynosi 86 litrów.

Do wniosku należy dołączyć:

  1. Faktury VAT wystawione w okresie od 01.02.2018 r. do 31.07.2018 r.
  2. Zestawienie faktur
  3. Oświadczenie

Jednocześnie przypominamy o wpisywaniu Nr konta bankowego we wnioskach. Zwrot podatku akcyzowego będzie przekazywany wyłącznie na konta bankowe.
